Shipping Information
No Stink, Inc uses FedEx for most shipping within the United States. We've found that FedEx provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. (2nd day air does not include weekends)
All orders delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95US additional charge for duties and taxes.
For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $10.95US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1-800-88Stink to discuss special arrangements.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
No Stink, Inc has no minimum order requirement for our products. Feel free to order anything -- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect product for your odor!
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at No Stink, Inc, please call us during normal business hours at 1-800-88Stink or send us an email. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
