Return Policy
Only items bought directly from us may be returned directly to us. Any items bought at a retail outlet must be returned to that same retail outlet.
Please make sure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on the “Sales Receipt”. Items received after 30 days will be returned to you. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Items that are not returned as stated above will returned to you at your expense.
If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please call us within 24 hours of receipt at 1-800-88STINK between the hours of 8:00AM & 2:00PM Arizona time.
